Ashoka Buildcon incorporated a new SPV, ASHOKA - RDB INFRASTRUCTURE & DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, with a 51% stake. This SPV will develop a Gems & Jewellery Park in Raipur via a Public-Private Partnership model. Initial investment for the stake is Rs. 51,000.
