Kirloskar Electric's board re-appointed Mr. Vijay R Kirloskar as Executive Chairman for 3 years. They also approved a preferential issue of 34,68,007 shares at Rs. 115.34/share, raising up to 40 Cr from a promoter group company. An internal auditor was also appointed.
