JBM Auto's subsidiary, JBM Eco, has incorporated Greenpath Mobility Ventures Private Limited (GMVPL) as a wholly owned step-down subsidiary. GMVPL will focus on participating in government tenders for electric and CNG bus operations and supply. Initial paid-up capital is 0.01 Cr.
