Bombay Oxygen Investments Limited has announced its 65th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conference to conduct scheduled business. The Board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share for the financial year. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, it will be paid electronically on or after the payment date to eligible shareholders as per the record date.
