    Tech Mahindra Limited — Board Meeting, 16-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Tech Mahindra's board approved Q1 financial results. Consolidated revenue hit ₹15,712 Cr, up 17.7% YoY. PAT rose 28.4% YoY to ₹1,465 Cr. New deal wins reached USD 1,078 Mn, up 33% YoY. EBIT surged 53.3% YoY to ₹2,264 Cr. The company also acquired an 85% stake in Avant for ₹187.5 Cr.
