Heritage Foods Limited — PPTs, 16-07-2026: Investor Presentation
Heritage Foods delivered a strong quarter with revenue hitting a record ₹1,338.1 Cr, up 18% YoY. Value-Added Products (VAP) revenue surged 40% to ₹563.6 Cr, now contributing 43.6% (or 49% including Ghee/Butter) of total revenue. Elevated milk procurement costs and availability constraints temporarily weighed on profitability, though the company increased procurement volumes.
Strategically, the company is focused on strengthening its procurement ecosystem, expanding market share, and accelerating VAP growth through innovation and premiumization. Recent developments include the commercial production commencement at the new Ice Cream plant in Shamirpet and the launch of Premium Creamy Shakes. Heritage also made Heritage Novandie Foods a wholly owned subsidiary and increased its stake in Peanutbutter and Jelly Limited to 100%, bolstering its premium VAP portfolio.
For the quarter, EBITDA declined 16% YoY to ₹61.9 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) fell 38% to ₹25.0 Cr, with Diluted EPS at ₹2.7. Management remains confident that continued investments will drive sustainable long-term growth as industry conditions normalize.
