This is in continuation to our intimation dated 13th May 2026 and 26th June 2026, we would like to inform that the 65th Annual General Meeting( AGM ) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14h August 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules made thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 ( SEBI LODR ) read with General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and SEBI from time to time.
