Jayshree Chemicals' board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue from operations of 6.56 Cr and a profit before tax from continuing operations of 0.07 Cr. The board also approved the appointment of Shri Satish Kapur as an Independent Director and the re-appointment of Shri Rajesh Kumar Singhi as Whole-time Director, both pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shri Rishi Bajoria's resignation as an Independent Director was noted. The Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees were re-constituted. The AGM is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
