Jayshree Chemicals' board approved the financial results for the quarter. Revenue from operations stood at 6.56 Cr, with a profit of 0.07 Cr for continuing operations. The board also approved the appointment of Shri Satish Kapur as an independent director and the re-appointment of Shri Rajesh Kumar Singhi as a whole-time director, both pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shri Rishi Bajoria resigned as an independent director, leading to the re-constitution of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. The AGM will be held virtually on September 1.
