Suraj Industries Ltd — Important, 16-07-2026: Company Update

Suraj Industries has entered a bottling and packaging agreement with Vintage Distillers Limited for Country Liquor/Rajasthan Made Liquor products. Operating on a job work basis at its Rajasthan plant, Suraj will receive ₹80 per case plus GST. Vintage Distillers will also provide an interest-free security deposit of ₹0.10 Cr and has committed to a minimum production of 7,000 cases monthly. This strategic tie-up is expected to boost the company's manufacturing capacity utilization and generate additional revenue.
