South Indian Bank's Board approved its 98th AGM on August 20, 2026, with August 13, 2026, as the record date for dividend/voting. The board also approved raising up to Rs. 1,000 Cr via debt instruments and proposed Mahesh Muralidhar Pai as new MD & CEO for three years, starting October 1, 2026.
