CEAT Limited — Results, 16-07-2026: Financial Results Updates

The board has approved the financial results for the quarter, showing consolidated revenue of Rs. 4,318 Cr (up 22% Y-o-Y) and a net profit of Rs. 4 Cr. Standalone revenue reached Rs. 4,163 Cr (up 18% Y-o-Y) with a net profit of Rs. 98 Cr. Additionally, the board sanctioned a capital expenditure of Rs. 1,205 Cr to add approximately 53,000 tyres per day capacity by fiscal year 2031. This expansion is due to high utilization in its two-wheeler tyre segment and will be funded by internal accruals and debt. The re-appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term was also approved, subject to shareholder consent.
