RSC International's board okayed raising authorized capital to ₹24 Cr & acquiring 51% of FA Wizard for ₹20.69 Cr (share swap). Also approved a ₹5.94 Cr preferential equity issue and a ₹33 Cr convertible warrants issue. EGM on August 13 for shareholder approvals.
