Adani Enterprises' subsidiary, ADSTL, will acquire the remaining 44.6% stake in Flight Simulation Solutions (FSSPL), making it a wholly-owned unit. This expands ADSTL's aviation services footprint. FSSPL reported INR 235 Cr revenue in FY26. The cash acquisition is based on FSTC's INR 820 Cr enterprise value.
