Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we would like to inform the exchanges that Dr. Ujjal Bhattacharjee has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Company with effect from July 16, 2026 as a part of the senior management team. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in Annexure A .
