Poonawalla Fincorp's board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: PAT hit ₹307.71 Cr. They also completed a ₹2,500 Cr QIP & issued ₹1,155 Cr in secured NCDs. Plans to sell their JV stake were reaffirmed, with no deviation in QIP fund use.
