Kshitij Polyline confirmed no deviation in using the 26.10 Cr raised via preferential allotment. Funds were deployed as planned: 11.54 Cr for converting unsecured loans to equity, 1.15 Cr for loan repayment, 9.77 Cr for working capital, and 3.64 Cr for general corporate purposes.
