Astonea Labs Limited has completed the sale of two commercial units, FF-508 and FF-509, each measuring 1,361 sq. ft., located in JMD Megapolis, Gurugram. The sale consideration for each unit was approximately Rs. 1.50 Cr, amounting to a total of around Rs. 2.99 Cr for both properties. This strategic transaction aims to monetize immovable assets and optimize the company's asset portfolio. Management anticipates that this move will strengthen its financial position and improve asset utilization, without any material adverse impact on business operations.
