Kesar India's Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 80 Equity Shares, each with a par value of Rs. 10, under the Kesar India Employees Stock Purchase Scheme – 2025. These shares were issued at an exercise price of Rs. 10 per share. Following this allotment, the company's total issued shares stand at 3,01,71,400, with the total issued share capital now reaching Rs. 30.17 Cr. The newly allotted shares will be subject to a lock-in period of 1 year from their date of allotment.
