Univastu India Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

UNIVASTU's Board has approved allotting 18.20 lakh equity shares from warrant conversions. Post-allotment, total paid-up capital stands at 378.07 lakh shares. Notably, the Board chose to proportionally allot shares to warrant holders who partially paid the Rs 216 issue price, instead of forfeiting their initial deposit.
