    Axis Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 18-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Axis Bank's board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated net profit of ₹7,632.31 Cr. The bank infused ₹1,499.26 Cr into Axis Finance & ₹380.60 Cr into Axis Max Life Insurance. Axis Finance is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary after Kedaara's ₹750 Cr investment for a 5.08% stake.
