PNB's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated Net Profit stood at ₹5814.72 Cr. Gross NPAs were 2.95% and Net NPAs at 0.29%. The bank also transferred ₹4143.55 Cr from Investment Fluctuation Reserve to other reserves.
