Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited — Results, 18-07-2026: Financial Results Updates

Kotak Mahindra Bank's Board approved its consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter. Consolidated Net Profit after tax reached ₹ 5,480.46 Cr, with basic EPS at ₹ 5.51. Standalone Net Profit was ₹ 4,122.96 Cr, with basic EPS at ₹ 4.15. The Bank's subsidiary, KMIL, stopped new loan sanctions and assigned ₹ 9,587 Cr in loan assets to the Bank. Additionally, Kotak Mahindra Bank signed an agreement to acquire Deutsche Bank India's retail, private, and wealth management businesses, including approximately ₹ 29,000 Cr in advances and ₹ 16,000 Cr in deposits, pending regulatory approvals.
