ICICI Bank Limited — Results, 18-07-2026: Financial Results Updates

ICICI Bank's Board of Directors has approved its financial results for the quarter. The Bank reported a standalone net profit of ₹14,805 Cr and a consolidated net profit of ₹15,440 Cr. Total deposits grew 14% year-on-year to ₹18,33,586 Cr, with the loan portfolio expanding 19.6% year-on-year to ₹16,31,260 Cr. Asset quality improved, with the net NPA ratio at 0.35%. Additionally, the Board approved appointing Mr. Mrugank Paranjape as an Independent Director and a borrowing limit of up to USD 2.50 billion in overseas markets.
