MRC Agrotech Ltd — Important, 18-07-2026: Company Update

MRC Agrotech Limited has entered into a collaboration and license agreement with Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Under this agreement, BHU grants MRC Agrotech a non-exclusive license for the commercial production, processing, packaging, marketing, and sale of Foundation Seed, Certified Seed, and Truthfully Labelled Seed of the wheat variety 'HUW 838', developed by BHU's agricultural scientists. The license is for an initial period of five years, with renewal provisions. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen MRC Agrotech's seed portfolio, enhance technology-driven agricultural solutions, and contribute to sustainable agricultural growth for the farming community.
