Samsrita Labs has announced its upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held virtually through Video Conferencing and Other Audio-Visual Means. This allows shareholders to participate and transact business remotely. The company will send the AGM notice and annual report electronically to registered emails, with physical copies available upon request. Shareholders can cast their votes via an e-voting facility provided through CDSL/NSDL. Remote e-voting will commence in the morning three days before the meeting and conclude in the evening one day before the meeting. The virtual meeting is scheduled for 11:00 A.M.
