NCLT approved MPS's amalgamation with ADI BPO Services for simplified structure and operational synergies. Shareholders and unsecured creditors of MPS will meet on Aug 22, 2026, to vote on the scheme. ADI BPO reported a net worth of 133.79 Cr and turnover of 61.88 Cr (Dec 2025).
