Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 19-07-2026: Record Date

Chennai Petroleum (CHENNPETRO) has set August 7, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for FY2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 54 per share (540%). This dividend is pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Once approved, payment will be made within 30 days of the AGM. Tax will be deducted at source for eligible members.
