TVS Srichakra's step-down subsidiary, TVS Sensing Solutions, has acquired a 51% stake in Weber Drivetrain Private Limited for Rs. 1.43 Cr. Weber specializes in designing, developing, and manufacturing electric motors and controllers for EV vehicles. This strategic move aims to build TVS Srichakra's electronics capabilities, enhance its EV solutions portfolio, and support the "Make in India" initiative. Weber reported a turnover of Rs. 14.17 Cr in FY26, bringing key EV technology in-house for the company.
