Bondada Engineering has secured a significant EPC contract from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for India's first and largest grid-scale 100 MWh Vanadium Redox Flow Battery Energy Storage System (VRFB BESS) at Khavda Solar Park. This landmark project, including 10 years of O&M, utilizes advanced VRFB technology, offering a longer lifespan of over 25 years and enhanced safety compared to traditional batteries. It aligns with India's goal of reducing import dependence and tapping into the immense 236 GWh energy storage market opportunity by 2030.
