Nava's consolidated revenue grew 7.7% to ₹4,290.91 Cr, with PAT down 27.6% to ₹1,038.52 Cr due to Zambian tax changes. Standalone PAT surged 116% to ₹910.93 Cr from a subsidiary buyback. ₹8.50/share dividend declared. Maamba 300MW Phase II, 100MW solar, & Kawambwa Sugar projects are advancing. Odisha furnaces temporarily offline.
