India Glycols' demerger scheme is sanctioned. Its Biopharma business transfers to Ennature Bio Pharma, and Spirits & Biofuel business to IGL Spirits. Shareholders will receive 1 new Ennature share for every 3 IGL shares, and 1 new IGL Spirits share for every 1 IGL share.
