    India Shelter Finance will raise ₹100 Cr via private placement of 10,000 Secured, Redeemable NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1 lakh. These NCDs offer a fixed 8.10% p.a. interest, payable quarterly, with a 60-month tenure.
