    Adroit Infotech's board approved the 36th AGM on Aug 14, 2026. Mr. Ravi Daryavesh resigned as Internal Auditor, replaced by Mr. Thirumareddy Praveen Kumar. The board also forfeited 26.39 lakh partly paid shares due to non-payment and approved changes to the ESOP scheme (shareholder approval pending).
