Steel Exchange India reported Q1 consolidated revenue of ₹269.71 Cr & net profit of ₹15.03 Cr. The board approved director remuneration & independent director continuation. Additionally, shares worth ₹39.90 Cr were allotted from warrants & new convertible warrants worth ₹341.58 Cr were issued.
