Continental Securities' board approved converting the remaining 400,000 warrants held by promoter group entity Vachi Commercial LLP into an equal number of equity shares. This finalizes the conversion of all 20,00,000 warrants from a prior preferential allotment. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity capital increased from ₹6.27 Crore to ₹6.35 Crore, raising total shares to 3,17,53,000. Vachi Commercial LLP's shareholding also increased from 11.32% to 12.44%, solidifying promoter stake in the company.
