NIIT Ltd's board approved Q1FY27 consolidated financial results: Revenue from operations at ₹95.65 Cr & PAT at ₹7.52 Cr. The NCLT also sanctioned the merger of two subsidiaries, effective April 1, 2026. This quarter, 2.70 lakh ESOP shares were issued.
