Century Enka Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management. the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e.Tuesday, 21st July, 2026, have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Sodani (DIN 08789604) as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a further period of 2 years effective from 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2029, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
