Jainik Power Cables Limited — Board Meeting, 21-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

JAINIK's board approved a fundraise of Rs 45.45 Cr via 30 lakh convertible warrants at Rs 151.50 each. They also greenlit increasing authorized capital from Rs 15 Cr to Rs 20 Cr. Both decisions await shareholder approval at an EGM on August 14.
