JSW Energy completed the acquisition of additional equity shares in Toshiba JSW Power Systems for INR 150 Cr, increasing its stake to 20.7% (non-diluted). This strengthens the supply chain for 1,600 MW of turbine-generators, supporting future thermal capacity expansion.
