    Anant Raj's board approved a strategic demerger. Its Data Centre & Cloud Services business will spin off into Ashok Cloud Pvt Limited, an independent listed entity. Anant Raj will focus on real estate. Shareholders get 1 share of Ashok Cloud for every 1 Anant Raj share, aiming to unlock value.
