Trident's Board approved Q1 financial results: consolidated revenue ₹1786.83 Cr, net profit ₹158.09 Cr. The board also greenlit a new wholly-owned subsidiary to boost overseas brand presence. An interim dividend of ₹0.50/share was declared and paid during the quarter.
