IYKOT HITECH TOOLROOM's board recently saw a significant overhaul. Three independent directors, Mr. Velli Paramasivam, Mr. Syed Munnawar Hussain, and Mr. Suresh Rajasekar, have stepped down. To fill these positions and strengthen governance, the company appointed three new independent directors. These include Mr. Vaibhav Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in banking and financial services; Mr. Rajesh Chunilal Bhojani, a veteran in asset and wealth management; and Mr. Arjun Bikas Dutta, a financial consultant and risk governance leader with a long tenure at RBI. The board also reconstituted its key committees, including Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and Rights Issue, aligning with the new board structure.
