Crisil Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-07-2026: Dividend

Crisil Limited's Board has approved a second interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share (face value ₹1) for the financial year. This payout is a direct value return to shareholders and will be paid on or before August 5, 2026.
