Crisil Limited — JV/Acquisition, 21-07-2026: Amalgamation/Merger

Crisil's board has approved the merger of its wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries, Crisil Canada Inc. and Crisil PriceMetrix Inc. The combined entity will operate as Crisil PriceMetrix Inc. This move aims to consolidate Crisil’s global entity structure. Crisil PriceMetrix Inc. reported an income of about USD 1.43 million (Nov-Dec 2025), while Crisil Canada Inc. had an income of approximately USD 0.05 million (FY2025) and capital of $38 million. The amalgamation is subject to necessary approvals but will not impact Crisil's shareholding pattern.
