Purple Finance Ltd — Important, 22-07-2026: Company Update

Purple Finance has allotted 13,750 new equity shares to eligible employees who exercised stock options under its ESOP Scheme 2022. These fully paid-up shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were issued at an exercise price of Rs. 33 per share, bringing in approximately Rs. 0.045 Cr. This allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital from Rs. 58.92 Cr to Rs. 58.94 Cr. These new shares will rank equally with the existing equity shares, broadening employee ownership and increasing the total outstanding shares.
