Hemadri Cements, currently in voluntary liquidation, has commenced distributing funds to its equity shareholders. The Liquidator has initiated payment of Rs. 10 per share, equivalent to the face value of shares held. Payments totaling approximately 0.73 Cr have been made to shareholders holding 7,25,296 shares in demat format. Shareholders with physical shares are advised to update their contact and bank details with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) to facilitate their payouts.
