NACL Industries' board approved divesting its entire stake in associate Nasense Labs for 8.15 Cr to an external buyer. Nasense contributed 135.05 Cr to turnover and 77.42 Cr to net worth, ceasing to be an associate post-sale. The company also approved quarterly financial results.
