The company's Board has undergone a major restructuring. The Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and several Independent Directors, including the Chairperson, have resigned. Concurrently, Mr. Kaushik Jagannath Joshi has been designated as the new Chairman and Managing Director for three years, and Ms. Radhika Kaushik Joshi (his daughter) has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, both subject to shareholder approval.
