Siyaram Silk Mills' scheme to issue bonus preference shares has been sanctioned by NCLT. Shareholders receive 4 Series I (Rs. 10 FV) and 3 Series II (Rs. 10 FV) preference shares for every 1 equity share (Rs. 2 FV). This rewards investors by utilizing surplus reserves.
